ABOUT LIFEBYTES MAGAZINE
Always on the way to something new
LifeBytes Magazine is a new print magazine that will initially be published every 3 months from the end of March 2023. It quickly grew from a quarterly magazine to a bimonthly magazine, with 3 Specials and 3 regular issues per year.
The Dutch print version of LifeBytes Magazine can be found at taxi companies, travel agencies, restaurants, and waiting rooms in Flanders and the south of the Netherlands. The English print version is mainly distributed at (film) festivals, fairs, and conventions.
What makes LifeBytes unique is that it is not only printed in a run of 5,000 copies, but that every issue is also sent as a PDF to a broad database of more than 64,000 subscribers. Among them are also more than 6,300 Dutch-speaking and tens of thousands of English-speaking journalists, vloggers, bloggers, and influencers.
In addition, the 5,000 copies are distributed through various channels that reach a lot of people, including taxi companies, travel agencies, restaurants, and waiting rooms in Flanders and the south of the Netherlands. Because each issue is read by an average of 5 to 6 people, you also reach 25,000 to 30,000 people each time. Add to that the number of visitors to the website that will be launched in March 2023, and you quickly arrive at an impressive total of more than 100,000 readers, including a large part of the Dutch-language press.
The team behind LifeBytes is experienced, with Dutch artist Paula van Unen as editor-in-chief and Dirk Vandereyken, winner of the gold medal for culture of his city, at fourteen the youngest (sf) writer of Belgium, CEO of Badass PR, and COO of the Association of European Journalists Belgium as one of the main contributors and as co-editor. Also experienced hands like the ex-associate publisher of Vice Magazine and one of the best-known journalists of Roularta lend their pen to the magazine.
